I second Mike. There are others, but these guys get it right.

I have got acquired an old Fuji G617 - the old one with a single,
fixed 105mm lens.
The aperture ring has marking from 8 around to 45. The aperture
setting winds further around to smaller, unmarked aperture
settings. This can be confirmed by looking through the lends
with the shutter open (when on B(ulb)). The diameter at the
smallest aperture seems to be about half that of 45. The
diameter is perhaps 1.5mm. This would be around 70 for the
105mm lens.
I was wondering whether anybody has experience of using
these smaller apertures, are there diffraction problems etc, is
there a defined minimum aperture. All thoughts most welcome.
Also, my 77mm CF has a few scratches. Any good sources for a
replacement or substitute?
Kind regards

For b&w, go to blanco y negro in darlinghurst for excellent. I don't
have details handy, but they do hand fibre prints as well as resin.
They're mainly printers, and also do processing.
