I like the emotions reflected in the dog's eye -- he seems to having fun. It will be useful to emphasize that by a tighter crop -- I think.

I think this is a nice photograph no doubt. However, just want to correct something that you say in the description of the photograph. If you read the yellow placard it seems to protest against the French governments decision to ban religous symbols.

I think you may be right about the fact that there might be protests against Indian government, but I think your statement is factually incorrect at the very least. Also, you might find it interesting to note that the Indian prime minister is a sikh.
