Thank you for your thoughts, James. Yes, this was shot at 1/30 second, and no blurring was added in post-processing. Both the relative lack of blur on the lead rider and the heavy blur in the background are the result of simple panning with the lead rider. Nothing was set up. It was shot during an actual race. -
