    I think it does work. Especially that wooden texture and IR feel to it gives the aging effect I think you aimed for here. It would be nice to see another shot with more of the house and surroundings - that would give some background story to the board itself. Well done!

    Very good photo. Great composition, atmosphere, light and colours. The fog makes this shot very romantic / mysterious. Seems to have a bit of noise, though. High ISO speed perhaps? Overall a really good capture. Congratulations!
