Great light and you have captured and used it well. I love the story here, the props are old world and her eyes well they are piercing. Unique and expressive. Cheers, Gerhardt

There is much to be said about the solitude of a single tree. What I like here is the ambience of the light ... and the textures, it gives it a personality that is memorable. Cheers, Gerhardt

Very cute!!! Excellent details and isolation of your subject. I like the tightness of the composition and how your subject fills the frame. The moment is sublime and impressive that you were there to capture it! A pleasure. Cheers, Gerhardt

You have composed this beautifully and the colours are helpful in creating a focal point that keeps the viewers attention as it meanders around the composition. You have done well given the location. Cheers, Gerhardt

There are two stories here, the one of the person and the other about the light. Both are a delight to share. Cheers, Gerhardt

The composition makes the story! Well seen. The diagonal placement of the statue creates a sense of movement and the clouds create the drama. Cheers, Gerhardt

Just wonderful! The composition is excellent, from the crop to the backdrop. It is the joy/passion your subject conveys that makes this special. Cheers, Gerhardt

The art of photography .... Claire-Obscure .. Chiaroscuro either way this is well seen. I think the comment you have made about the photograph is quite moving and you have explained this photo in a way I will not forget. A unique and memorable photo my friend. Cheers, Gerhardt

The expression is what makes the photo! There is a quiet seriousness and even if I am wrong each viewer can read into this their own opinion! Your presntation is excellent and the DOF isolates your subject nicely from the background. Cheers, Gerhardt

Beautiful tones, clarity and contrast. Truly this is a case of taking an everday location and making it a memorable place. A pleasure to share. Cheers, Gerhardt

I am just trying to figure out where, what and why!!! I like the casualness of the photo and well it is intriguing. It is good we can share some of the background as it shares with the viewer that there is clearly some sort of event going on! Cheers, Gerhardt

A photographic painting and an interesting concept, your subject suits this well. Two things cause me to ponder, first the yellow flowers at the top actually lift my eyes out of the frame, the flow of dark to bright moves my eyes upward but there is nothing to draw me back, for exampole were you to crop from the top so that only the single yellow flower remained then the eye would have a focal point to come back to as it explores the beautiful and complex compostion you have created. Also the blue green mottled texture softens the dynamics of the flowers and thus the overall impact, particularly at the top. Outstanding creativity and a pleasure to share. Cheers, Gerhardt

This is quite interesting and good. The red light creates a mood and I believe you have chosen well to keep this in color. The strong look to the camera is as if the subject has something to tell the viewer. Cheers, Gerhardt

It is her expression that makes the moment. You have also composed this beautifully, the diagonal created by her armm and the palcement of her head top right corner suggests movement and this simple thing adds life to the photo. A pleasure to share. Cheers, Gerhardt
