The lobster pots provide an interesting foreground but I think you gone overboard with the burn tool to the point where the picture now looks unrealistic.
-
I don't get this at all - it looks like a scene from a bad 80s pop video to me.

Vey nice - I like the mood created by the soft tones.

I really like this abstract - not something I would have on my wall as its a bit scary!

Nice composition but the two rocks in the middle of the frame look far too dark when compared to the foreground.

A tighter crop would have been better

Very refreshing take on this famous scene

Excellent shot but its not a bee - its a wasp. I really like the contrast between the softness of the flower against potential menace of the wasp.

Is this a digital compososite? I could be wrong but for a wave of this height to be crashing over a sea wall like that I would expect the whole sea to be a raging mass of white water. If you look at the sea behind the wave it looks surprisingly calm with no white horses, rollers etc. Also, the bottom of the wave appears to be lit quite strongly - something the street light would be unable to do due to the light source pointing straight down. I suppose there could be a light source underneath the railings but I would imagine it would need to be a very strong light to penetrate that ammount of water to show up so bright on the image. If you say it is unmanipulated then fair enough - I hold my hands up to a very well taken photo and please forgive my scepticism. Could you then let me know what aperture and shutter speed you used for this shot?

Hi - this is the second photo I took of Scrabo Tower in Northern
Ireland. I adjusted the levels in PS and dodged and burned to further
increase contrast

This is Scrabo Tower in Northern Ireland - A storm blew up whilst I
was taking some shots of it. The rocks, cloud and burned gorse bush
gave it a sinister feel and made me think of a witches tower from a
fairy tale.
all comments, suggestions welcome

Nice sky but exposing for it means the cliffs have suffered - they would have looked better being more white. I quite like the compostion itself but perhaps could have been improved with the inclusion of some fore-groung interest
-
Very interesting - I like the repetition and the framing complements well. Personalym I think the image would have benefited from a larger DOF as the bottom right is slightly out of focus.

Hello Gerry - I really like this image, you have obviously put a lot of time into it but from a technical perspective its not quite right. The sun is setting at the back of the picture but the light on the aircraft seems to be coming from the opposite direction. I think this is something you need to address if you want this to be a truly 'accurate' montage.

I don't think she is crying at all - I think she is singing.
I like the picture too.

Fantastic shot Mark - I can't believe we both have the same camera when you can produce pictures like this!
