Nice sky but exposing for it means the cliffs have suffered - they would have looked better being more white. I quite like the compostion itself but perhaps could have been improved with the inclusion of some fore-groung interest

Nice photo, an ND filter could have helped out the cliffs. Perhaps a digiND in Photoshop could help it out?

Your English is fine. An ND filter is a Neutral Density filter; they reduce the light level without altering the colors. There are "graduated" ND filters that could be used to reduce the light levels in the sky, letting you change the exposure on the cliffs. If you used one on your camera, you would problably have to put your camera's focus in manual mode.
