You caught me!  Yes the photo is actually of just her left side.  I've mirrored her right side thus providing the symmetry.  Thanks everyone for the comments, they are much appreciated.

I wanted to comment due to a rating I gave on this.  I liked the lighting and composition and "parts" of the pose, but the hands seem very oddly held. The lighting of the hands also is a bit harsh for a girl and gives the the photo a rough feel which I think is the opposite of the rest of the photo.  Not to get too critical (but I figure you wanted comments), the face (eyes) are a little too soft (blurred?).  I do like the way the light drops off on her right side and I think the lighting setup was just about perfect.
