The white light is probably bus on the bridge. And if it comes about exposure: bracketing, bracketing and once again bracketing. As far as I remember I took about 10 different exposures, and I used some gradual filters too, to compensate between sky and river. -

Z opowiadan wiem, ze sam Wroclaw jest ciekawy. To kolejne miasto na mojej liscie dziesiatek miejsc do odwiedzenia......."kiedys" hehe. Ale na razie poczekam na Twoje zdjecia z Wrocka. :) -
Piekne zdjecie. Nie zdawalem sobie sprawy, ze wroclawski ogrod kryje w sobie takie miejsca.

Very good photo. For me the bottom line is't a problem. The only thing I'd remove is painting on the glass. Or is it something floating inside? Apart of that this is interesting composition. -
