1.
Haha xD
exacto em.. exactly what I was thinking about doing... but tbh- when I first got it I though it must have been one of the latest batches of the 80s- but then I looked up the serial number and couldnt find it in the last columns. Then I realized it was from the first batch of 1970. That was awesome. Two of my other favorite cameras were manufactured around the same time(Minolta SRT101 and Olympus 35RC).
I was at our central rail station in Berlin trying to take a snap when someone tipped on my shoulder and immediately started talking english to me(guess it's not common anymore to use the native tongue xD). After some time I realized that he was trying to show his nephew how "old" photography was done. It was funny as we also talked about those old Rollei 35 cams and such. Everyone seems to be excited to see TLRs anyway. They are beauties indeed. I like the look and use of a pocketwizard attached to it xD (also on my tiny Olympus 35RC)

 2.
@Dave
sorry, I was a bit misleading. My camera also has the strapholders on its body- but my case doesn't have these cutouts and button lock. The case has "two metal pins" that slide into the strap holders on the camera to fix the case:

That optech strap looks interesting as the yashica also has these pins to slide them on. thx ! :)

 3.
Thanks for your answers, really appreciate it.
@Mark de Leeuw
It would be really kind of you if you could share a photo of the inside of the case to see how the strap sholders look on that side.

@Dave Thomas
that's interesting indeed. My Model though is one of the very first batches produced looking at its serial number. Your case seems to be more user friendly as you can get rid of the case while still having the strap on the camera. I will have a look at your suggestions :) Seems promising :D

Cheers,
Dan

 4.
Hi all,

I have a beautiful Yashica 124g - but on its case the two strap holders marked in the picture are missing:

Anyone has an idea of how to replace them?
