Actually, Gene, it is/was the test bench at Barker and Williamson (B&W) where we tested the B&W 6100 transmitters. You may remember B&W as the famous Miniductor manufacturer. The guy in the photo is me -- 40 years ago this month! My call at the time was W3HGN, then later W1FBY followed by now W1XT. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks for the comments. Well... these days when you order tickets for a ball game, you take what they give you. No choices. I'm just glad they let me in with my camera! The Scottsdale Pro Tennis event in January doesn't allow cameras of any kind! The guys from ESPN, however, were right down on the field with their cameras (35mm size SLRs) and very (very!) long lenses.
