    David, yes..., that place has a real old fashion shop charme and it isn't that easy to find shops where dogs are allowed to lie on the front desk, but Leo is really well mannered!

    Hi David, thanks for stopping and commenting. Rocco looks a bit bluish bcause shadows appear blue on a white dog as you say but also, because I've "neutralized" him (via blur->average) at 30%.

    Thanks Simone, I must admit I already know the rather well known 1/3 or 2/3 rule, but I'm not that fond of rules.

     

    Thanks Sally. You got the point of this shot. As I'm trying to complete an anatomical study of Rocco (every angle, every expression), BG can be important every now and then... ;-)

    Excellent portrait! Those two little dark eyes behind all the hair are so sweet...

     

    I'm not that keen on supernatural and around, but I'm sometimes tempted to see it in that very special relation you can notice between rescued dogs and their new buddy.
