Meanwhile, I apologize for the incredibly lousy typing, typo and grammar. Don't think I was drunk last night/this morning. But anyway, sorry to everybody. ;-))

Sorry, it's "producing" results, not "production".

Brian's brilliant idea of using "averaging combined score" to place
the pictures in the TRD the A/O for placements is doing an incredibly
great job. Now I am learning. How do I do that you say? If you click
on the pull down manu on Gallery and go to "top pictures", you then
start with "previous" insted of "next" to scroll. Before long, you
would learn so much about what makes a bad picture that doesn't
appeal to the Pnetters. I learned so much here, except it also makes
me wonder is I will ever get to the top pix, even just for a few
hours :-0. Thanks for sharing my POV. Cheers

I guess you guys don't really understand the German business culture. I have never seen a German company that helps the government in WWII really struggle. There are so many kinds of subsidies that we don't know. I personally know of a manufacturer loosing routinely hundres of millions of DM a year for the past umpteen years. But they were never threatened nor care about thir finacial status. Why? you say, The Deutch Bank, government own, main goal is to turn any factory that helped nazis in WWII to survive. You get the picture.
there is always more in the business underworld side to meet the eye. A good bet woul be teaming with Shiro China who bought Hasselblad. No bankrupcy, no fear, gentlement.

Can you be more corny than that?

And in case you are still dazzled or wondering, a Leica prototype "pre" M3 is worth about US$145,000 or there about. Go figure.
-
Guess none of you knows the Leica collectors' world. If everything is original, including the Leicavit and the lens, it will command a price of USD45,000 to $50,000. This is the market price today.

Leica sent out a booklet a few days ago showing the digital M and its back plus some small talks about the camera. There is no guess work anymore so you guys can stop speculating. If you are a recent registered Leica owner, you should have gotten at least one copy. I received several...

This new rating system is a good learning tool. If you go "backwards", meaning from the lowest score ones and scroll back, you'd learn what not to do to have bad ratings.

Unfortunately, after that and if you compare the lowest pixs and the TRP, they are about the same.

Sad.

Pay - You don't get anything except no tower ads.
Don't pay - You still have all the privileges, establish ten, twenty accounts under differents names, and be respected just as much.
Conclusion - Don't pay.

Very much faster. Thanks Brian and Sandy.

Steve, your question is so trivial it is pathetic. Do you realize what people are telling you everywhere you post? Please take a look at yourself. I feel sorry for you. Go out, take pictures instead of trolling for answers. Even the Help and Feedback Forum is sick of you now.
Change, please, but don't add to your 15 other aliases.
PS : We know you are wealthy, okay? You own a ton of equipments, new and old. You don't use them, so you can't tell one from the other, but you can afford the full range. I am proud of you. Furthermore, you plan to lug you SWC when you go to Algeria one day, hopefully in the near future, as you have been traveling six months at a time. But you must have excellent tele-communicating devices, as you are able to post continuously for months. Care to share with us how do you manage to do that? From Algeria?
-
Hey Steve, where are your TEN (10) pictures? Don't have it because you dropped your M6?
And what about all that fuzz you made about what to bring to Algeria. Were you trolling us only?
If si, you have done a good job. Should we nickname you "troll" or "OT"??
Have a fun day?

What happened to Algeria?

Very clever, steve; taking my own words OUT OF CONTEXT to use it against me:-). Those are photo critique comments, but it also shows how you are able to twist things to suit your own needs.
So you also like retaliations!
I didn't check all of your posts (waste of my time), but I saw some of your pictures, which speaks volumes about yourself.
Have a nice day.

Steve Wang or Chris Chen or whoever the hell you are :
You are THE biggest egotist in this forum. I feel sorry for you because you have to put everyone down to stroke your own ego. Being a 43 year old man/boy I must say you are very immature.
If English is Johnson's second language, it is not his fault. I am pretty sure he can speak fluent Chinese as a Chinese should. Can you? You tend to get very personal when you attack other people and you have NO manners. I supposed you forgot to take Social Manner 101 at Michigan U. BTW, did you graduate? I remember in one of Henry Ting's post, you said how you hated people from Hong Kong bragging about their worldly possessions. Well, my friend, what the f**k do you think you are doing here in the Leica forum. Your idea of being funny (NOT!!) is by insulting members here, and telling us where you have been, how much you have and how much you know more than all of us COMBINED!
You are extremely annoying, to say the least.
As Allen would say, you are a very sad lot, may your god have mercy on you.
Peter from Hong Kong

If this is not self-bragging I don't know what it is.

No! I believe firmly what Michael Kastner says, and the rest of the non-believers.

An point and shoot autofocus camera would normally focus on the glass pane instead of the subject behind it.
Why Do You Shoot B&W?
