Just trying to see windsor riverside from a different approach...
comments are welcome.

Being a student of University of Windsor, I always wanted to capture
the sculptures that we have here in our campus from a different angle.
This particular one gave me lots of space to think, and finally I
kinda like this image. What do your think?

Comments are welcome.

Yeah, this was the picture in my mind when I was doing the setup. Fortunately, I didn't have to try for long.
-
This is my very first try (first frame) of such a theme. Please
comment and rate on it.

Here is a link to the wallpaper sized jpeg of this image:

I posted it bigger, but some how with photo.net's new system, it endedup being this size! Can't change it either...

This picture was taken on the eve of the fireworks event here at
windsor on June the 23rd, 2004. It was like a carnival and hundreds of
people were there waiting for the wonderful event. On this picture you
can see the boats at the Detroit river waiting for the bit fireworks
to start. How do you rate it?

My first fireworks try! Comments and criticism are highly

Welcome to Photo.net! I like the composition of this one.
-
love the smile... and the composition

I think you could have filled up the frame little more by cropping / zooming into the subject. The top right corner kinda wanders away viewers eyes.
-
Thanks for your thoughts. This is infact one of my very first silhouette tries.

It felt like spring was here yesterdat, and I was having a walk near the river, Detroit.
Fortunately, I was carrying my camera and captured some nice shots. Your
comments on this unusual crop is welcome!
