Thank you Larry for the comments . .During summer season(November -March) , there are some companies arranging tours to Antarctica that minimum trip takes 9 days . You could find something for last minute deals in Ushuaia , but no guarentee .Better to arrange it prior to arrive Ushuaia .Anyway , Drake Passage was not as bad as we were told for outbound trip , but when we return to Ushuaia , It hit us as well. It was around 50 Knots winds about 24 hrs and almost half of population in the ship badly effected .We had patch on our neck , because of that I and my son did not get sick , only did not feel well. Beisde of that , the trip was fantastic and best trip decision I have ever made .I would like to go back there again some day and this time I might include South Georgia Islands as well.
