Well, it does not bother me much, although it is nice to know that people like the image (and rate it well). OTOH, I do not pay much attention to poor ratings, particularly when someone did not bother to say why he/she thinks the pic is bad.

It would be nice if these people offered a comment, it would be helpful, but ...

I know these pics are no great art - but I like them. Thanks for the kind word.

Do not like it. Had a look at other pics produced by Oleg.

Some of them may be considered as close to being art. Some of them are just uninteresting nudity. A couple of them are on the verge of being mildly pornographic. All in all - nice girls, good processing skills, not much in the way of a concept (with couple of exceptions). Or maybe I just don't get it. Possible.

Well, I have to disagree with Carl. While I am not a big fan of heavy PS alterations - it is the final effect that counts. I like the image, and I do not really care that it has been PhotoShopped. Everyone sees the world differently, only the degree of difference varies.

I know it is a cliche subject, but a new 400/4.6L is a temptation

difficult to resist. To avoid misunderstanding - yes, it was

PhotoShopped to certain degree, the biggest manipulation was adding a

gradient layer with dark blue color in order to get rid of uniformly

    black backround.

Well, to me it does not matter how much PS is in the picture. A picture is a picture is a picture. Manipulation is allowed (my opinion, YMMV) to create something which may or may not have an actual representation in reality. It is the final effect that counts.

    I like it, well done.

    Trestles and Rock

    Just one question.

The rock appears to be perfectly in focus.

The trellis is out of focus, and looks like it is out focus consistently, without much change along its length.

How is it that the trellis on the LH (almost in the same plane as the rock) is still out of focus, despite approaching the focus plane ?
