Saluti

Hi, interesting image, crisp, well composed. Good use of contrast and good idea centering the window.
The 'empty', in every interpretation, is the underlying message (IMO!).
Regards!

Thank for your answer Francisca ... happy to know one day I could see such a wonderful sight too.

Incredible tones and colors ... those human figures are so little with respect to the nature surrounding them ... and what a place! I hope you didn't change too much with PS, I'd like to think it is a real place and a real sky.
Thank you and best regards

Thanks for your comments, I really appreciate them. I don't know Zillertal, but having spent some time in the Austrian mountains and having really enjoyed the place and the people, maybe the next year I'll go there!
I kept the skyline because it seems to me a natural framing of the image, and I think it gives deepness to the whole image.
Thanks you

Yes Sacha it is interesting! The B&W and the texture are very good. The only thing I can tell you is that, IMO, the lines in the upper half are more interesting because they are more abstract and curved than in the bottom. In the bottom you can guess what you are really looking at. May be you can obtain a better image with a different framing, cutting out the bottom. Just my opinion ...
Sorry for my poor english!
Best regards

As you stated above, there is a lot of grain ... but the light is wonderful! You choose the right moment.
Thanks for your comment on my last submission,

A quite impressive storm approaching Genoa from west. Please note the
smoke from the ferry: it is sucked in by the storm winds. After half
an hour I was very wet ...

Thanks for all your comments, I need your critiques! I thought the stones would help to get a more realistic feeling of the image, but I may be wrong. Anyway I have other shots without the stones, and I'll submit one of them. Thanks!

Tu conosci qualcosa?
Ciao

Well ... impressive shot. The tones are great, the light is great, the framing is wonderful, the subject is intriguing ... congratulation! I had a strange feeling about this image from the beginning, now I understand it is that wonderful side light hitting the subject and the lack of shadow. It add a feeling of mistery.
Best regards!
