This is absolutely beautiful. I love the feeling of pure (directional) light and the tonal range is just perfect for a high-key shot. The use of strong directional light seems to be part of your personal style and I really love it! I can't wait to see more.

Nate, I used a jet-blcak backdrop about 4 feet behind and lit the scene with two strobes with soft boxes. The dog is sitting on a black cushioned stool.

Sometimes It's hard to find human models so we work with what we
have! Actually this was a lot of fun and our family pet (Gracie) was
a very good model.
