Interesting photo with a nice "movie" setting.

Great photo with excellent light. The overall compostition is good and the size of the 2 people illustrates the size of the ship masts. I find that the sun is too bright though and it can end up to be a distracting feature of the photo.

Nice photo. Is this in a train tunnel or something? One thing I find distracting is the white light at the left side of the photo.

This is a Coke bottle that I have found at my house.

This is my first attempt at stil life photography. I am still very

new to things like lighting conditions, arrangement of objects, etc.

I find the lighting in my photo is not optimized. I really

appreciate any comments on how to improve this photograph and what

are the flaws of the photograph. Thanks!

Again, I think by placing the lilies at the centre of the photo makes it look dull and uninteresting. Try placing it at the left bottom corner. Additionally, the dried leaf spoils the immaculate nature of the photo.

I think this photo has a great potential to be really good but there are still several issues which I feel need to be addressed. Firstly, I find the smaller flowers to the left of the photo distracting as it draws the viewer's attention from the main subj. Secondly, by positioning your main subj at the centre of the photo makes the photo look static and dull. Perhaps by positioning the main subj off centre will lend more dynamism to the photo.

I like the radiant orchids but the "messy" nature of the photo is distracting to the eye. Perhaps you can reduce the no. of orchids in the photo by either cropping or zooming on a few orchid.

I took this shot in Washington D.C. I really like some of the

architectural buildings there. I chanced upon the statue of Benjamin

Franklin when I was touring the city and I recognized the potential

of a photo shot. I was wondering if the photo was taken with

sunlight illuminating the front of the building's facade will make a

better shot. Please drop me any comments or suggestions about this

photo. Thanks!

Perhaps you can crop the photo a bit to focus on the wind mill. It seems to me that there are too much sky and it makes the photo less interesting. Just my 2 cents worth of comments!
