When I first glanced at this image I thought it was part of an ice sculpture. Original idea.

Its obvious that lighting played a dominant and effective part in this picture.
Wonderful colours. I agree that water droplets may enhance this photo, though I'm under the impression that this photographer strictly takes nature on an "as is" unaltered basis.
