So beautiful!
Yet, I find myself thinking the photo is a tad boring? Is it too perfect? Does it need a dynamic element of some kind? I guess it does.

Beyond beautiful!

Altough nice photo, it feels like a demonstration of your skills in layout rather than photography. Perhaps NG is interested in your work? I guess that is what you aim for here.

I would love to hike there!

The giant blob of translucency in the foreground is obviously more out of place than anything else in this photo. Watermill anyone?

Tilt the most upfront lemon to follow the lines of the wood. Clockwise. As of now, it's almost acting like a guard for the other lemons. Try and see.
Otherwise a beautiful photo.

Great photo! If the rotation of the egg would have followed the spoon it rests on, it might have been an even more powerful effect. Simpler lines...

Is this set up?

Great photo! Too bad about the book which makes it all seem like a propaganda poster for children to enroll in schools.

Using levels in Photoshop, you can enhance the experience of the stone floor. Adding contrast and interest.

What do you think of my brand new Photoshop eyes? :)

Perhaps so refined and complete a shot that the fact that it lacks nothing makes it less mysterious and less interesting in the long run.
Strange, but true.

many photos are eye candy and nice too look at, even balanced and esteticaly complete. Your photo is timeless. Perfect material for an art exhibition and as a framed photo at home. I would be able to live with this for years.
Life and death and what not could easily be interpretated into this photo. I hope the elfs choose you.

I love the light and the hat! Particularly that the face of the person in front can't be seen.
I would cut away some water at the bottom. It looks dirty. The other part of the image looks so fresh.
Excellent capture!

Now if only the bedrock would have moved to the left of the frame. :) Would have been a nice diagonal.
In other news... I like your photos very much! Especially you're winter ones. Very pleasing to the soul and eye.

With some time in between, now I see it too!
The top dark spots should go! :)
Thanks!

I like your image very much. It's one of the best I've seen of this motif. The lines the bedrock has guides the eye to a central point, then moving to the more distant formations in the background.
Now when you've boxed this one, try to explore the sunrise from a higher viewpoint, allowing more deepth in the water. Like an airballoon some 5-30 meters upp?
