thank you larry. this place it very close to where I live, so I think you may well see it again!

yes yes! I see it now. Maybe with a longer exposure so you get trails, but no detail. Maybe get my friend to drive around till I get it perfect!

I am trying my best to get to grips with low light. What do you think?

Hi Shun,
I dont want to be annoying, but this is not the Devils Throat. The Devils Throat is on the right hand side in the background. And the correct spelling is Iguazu. You look like a man that likes things to be correct.
Hope you dont mind.

not bad

lets see it in colour! i have been looking at bmx/skating mags for years and have noticed that indoor work is almost always better colour and outdoor work works for both. it may be the mass of concrete/wood. but i like it

The picture is good proof of just how fast the d2h is. I was taking pictures of the football team's coach with the Nikkor 180mm f2.8 NAFD ED. Then I heard the planes going over head. The RAF stationed near by decided to do a fly-by to congradulate the team. And due to the doppler effect the planes were almost gone. I just had time to get 4 pictures of them before they were gone. The D2H locked on and fired them off. It was quite amazing. My friend with a Canon 1D and 70-200f2.8L was left looking around at the sky. I did rub it in nicely. Thanks for the comments.
