this is definitely the best of the 3. i like the notch in the horizon on the right and the way the main tree leans left. the small tree to the left adds balance. nice work.

its such a simple idea. i see this seen everyday on my way to work but you've captured it in a way that's fascinating to look at. i think if it weren't for the foilage framing the reflection, the image would probably be uninteresting. bravo.

you used the lighting in the situation very well. i would like to see this cropped to move the subject farther left in the frame. its too centered.

the "people" half is really sharp and conveys a great sense of energy. i only wish the upper half matched its intensity. still really good, though.

this is beautiful, even better than the picture of the week, in my opinion. i like the placement of the boat, the imperfect lines, and that the floating objects don't extend to the end of the frame. great work.

the heron's head falls in front of a distracting object and is in half light. you could improve this by waiting for the heron to move into a better location. also the steep angle is "impersonal".
