  1. Hi Bruce

    Thanks.

Panoramic folder: I made a mask from black paper to cover half of the 6x6 window in an agfa folder. The upper half, let's say. I ran a roll of 120-film through it, wound it back, turned the mask upside down and started to shoot with the same film again. I also used a soft tip pen to mark the centre of the viewfinder.

Of course it's a low-end approach; but it would have been funny to see the result.

However, just before i finished the roll (second time), some broke into the house and stole the camera+film in it, together with some other stuff.

I did not try the thing since then. But i did not give it up yet.

There;s a guy on rangefinderforum who once posted some results of a 35mm-film ran through a folder as a poor man's xpan :) the results were quite funny, good looking. But it's difficult with the winding.

    Good luck.

    futas!

OK, sorry about the title, but I had to make up something. ANyway. I

would like to know what you think if this shot. Thanks in advance.

  2. Please view it as "LARGE".

    Experiment on portraiture with low-end gear/technique and a high-end

face, combined with autoportrait. Please ignore exposition and

resolution issues. Your comment would be highly appreciated.

why is it impoarant if it is overexposed or not. Who cares about overexposure in such cases? What details do you miss in the burned out highlights? This image is not chosen as POV because it's technically perfect.

bonnesdorf/boian/alsobajom, the kids are glad when the gates open

up - they can run around between the old walls and 'check things

out'. And show off a bit to the visitors. Comments welcome!
