I found the colors a little distracting so I tossed it into PS and this is what I came up with, I adjusted the contast, fixed the grainy feel it had and got rid of the holes on her coveralls, overall its a great shot, well let me know what you think

I gave it a 7, but I would think about takeing off the kids face and if you wanted to add a image to the belly add a growing baby or something but over all I love it :-) good job! -
