The picture is not very interesting to me. Were you trying to show the details of the pipes? If so, it would help to zoom in or move in more closely, and frame them more dramatically. Right now there is a lot of open space around the edges, with no detail. I guess I would ask myself what is it that attracted my eye to this area and how can I bring that out more in the way I frame the photo.
