Denis I like this. The blurring suits the subject. I like the placement of the church, the brooding sky and the blending of the colors. By the way, congratulations on your HOF at MFT. Well deserved.

Storm Carson is hitting Connecticut pretty hard today. I took this through my back door and
cloned out a two things sticking out of the snow.

I kind of like this, not sure why. :-)

Thanks for commenting. I also have a color version and for some reason I like this better. I think it is because it seems a little more abstract to me in black & white,

This building is ugly, but it does offer some interesting reflections.

Thanks David. Rumor has it that she has had some facelifts. :-) To be fair though she was doing television interviews and I expect had a lot of make-up on.

I was walking around Times Square and spotted Joan Rivers doing interviews. For those of
you who may not know, she is an American comedian, former talk show host and currently
sells her own line of jewelry on QVC. She is 73 years old.

I used a slower shutter speed, 1/40, to try and get a little sense of motion.

This is the first of a series of the town where I live (West Hartford, CT). This was
taken handheld at night and I used a slow shutter speed to try and get a little
blur to show the movement of the red, white & blue and relied on the VR to keep
the rest of the picture reasonably sharp.
