Quite a good photo though the shadow(bottom left looking at the photo)is probably the fault of this photo, even though it probably is in the photo to show what is actually seen. -

This is slightly better than the last butterfly photo I viewed, though it also suffers from the poor background.By this I mean though it is meant to be out of focus to centre attention on the butterfly and plant,it is either quite not out of focus enough or too out of focus. The dark colour of the leaves destroy the photo. If the dark leaves had been more in focus, their natural colour would have made this phot a lot better. And if they had been further out of focus than they are, they would have not caught my attention and distracted me from the beauty of the principal image.

A nice photo but,it is ruined by the blackish line on the outer part of the wings against the dark background. I would suggest some work with photoshop to lighten the background and cause a better contrast.

A hard photo to take in the time needed, however, though a reasonable original image, the preditor is too out of focus to make this an excellent photo, even though I know it is very hard to take these close ups and have a good all round focus. I would suggest some work with photoshop7 on the preditor could make this a very good photo. -
Do not know the conditions in which this photo was taken, but for me there is too much light reflection of the image in certain areas.

Obviously images of ducks are not original but this image brings out the colouring of the duck so that you have to take a closer look.
A good photo.
