The dynamic range is there due to good lighting and exposure.  However, I am sorry but I can't see anything other than is she checking to see if her deodorant is working.

I like the bald eagle at the top, waiting  . . .watching as they do over these flocks.

The face, focus and smile are great, but I agree that it is too dark.  I have re-worked  - lightened her face, more snap to the eyes (great focus on the lashes) and a touch of blemish work.
