The green and red is kitschy, IMHO. I assume we have the city to blame for that? Otherwise, there's a blur or some sort of vestige in front of the column on far left foreground.

A little more DOF for the foreground perhaps, but the soft focus does effectively steer the eyes away from it, so not a bad idea. Maybe. Lovely.

She's wearing a pink blouse with a green t underneath. Left leg striding forward, right leg going back. Right arm forward, left arm back. A shock of yellow hair...

I think it would have been better if she was running in the other direction so the sun illuminated her instead of the back of the dress. Letting her slip show is bad form. That said, nice beach, pretty bride.

I would crop out the sunlit margin on the right so the right border is all shadow: the ragged edge doesn't add information to the story. That said, it tells a good story, a happy one.
