Looks like the Bristlecone Pines in Nevada. Very striking photo -- I especially like the contrast between the sky and the sand.

I would have liked to see it a bit brighter/richer and maybe not dead center :)

The pink tone is due to printing on color paper. This was my first
attempt at IR photography and I bracketed heavily. However, my
initial readings with the camera were the shots that turned out best.
I used Photoshop to crop.
