Satish: Wonderful colors and cloud formations. However, you need more in your shot than just brilliant colors. I don't know how long you've been at this, so I don't want to sound patronizing by giving advice. What I suggest, though, is that you keep shooting a lot of film and learn to identify those elements that work from those that don't contribute to the overall shot. In this particular shot I don't think the broad black foreground works. You may try cropping a bit off the bottom and the left and right to isolate the silhouette of the tree against the sky. Keep shooting and enjoy.

I very much like the tonal range and balance of this photo. It has an "old world' European feel to it. Just a suggestion, though: perhaps stepping farther left, while keeping the fountan as the main point of focus, in order to exclude the white building on the far left making the white building in the center the left side of the photo. Well done.

The only good thing I can find about the photo is the lighting. The subject matter isn't particularly compelling. The composition is poor; should be cropped from the top. And, the scan quality is bad. Is this a joke?

I like the tonal separation between the water, the wet sand and the dry sand. Usually, I don't like beach shots, sunsets, etc., etc. But I like this shot. Very nicely done.
