I like your version better. I could use the excuse that I have over 300 of these to get uploaded but actually I think that your sense of ART is better than mine.

David, the picture is great as usual, but it is your titles and comments that give us that extra insight into the thought that goes into them. That is what really separates them from the masses.

Having looked at David Williams portfolio ( or lack there of ) perhaps David is confusing talent with money.

You had enough light to stop down and get more depth of field. I think that would have improved this shot. Also, in my opinion, black and white is over rated especially for closeups and wild life shots. Next time try f=11 and color. I hope this helps.

Low angle, well composed, wonderful sky, great expressions, great subject. A near perfect picture.

You took a beautiful girl, dressed her in a very unique prop, setup a great portrait, and got a wonderful expression from her.  She looks like an Irish warrior princess from the dawn of time.
