I like the way his face is properly exposed but the foreground white adds texture without being blown out. Foreground out of focus prevents it from being too distracting.

I like this one a lot. It's hard to get good B&W florals and for your second floral shot, well that's amazing! No blown out areas on the petals and good contrast between the bloom and the greenery. Perfect depth of field too.

I like the colors but the silo is too far to the left. I would try using rule of thirds like you did for the horizon.

I love this one Ken. It's difficult to catch a bee and still get the composition and focus correct before he leaves the flower.

I really like the lines and composition. I think it should be rotated a little bit counterclockwise to get the top rail straight. That would help the bottom be straigher too.
