the bears should have been in the left of the shot - this is because they are looking right - give them space to look into.

Get CLOSER
-
what is this
-
Where is the nice sunset or colour behind the tree - this is just a tree
-
dull
-
hmmm photoshopped
-
?? it says nothing ??
-
Needs some fill-in flash in the forground
-
Great scene, good photo - just need to wait for the right light to make it a great photo - Look at Ansel Adams work for lots of examples of good light making the photo.
Would work well in B and W too.
-
The subject is too in the center of the shot for me. If you shot from side would be nice too.
-
Is it a shot of a flower or a leaf? It needs to be one or the other - leafs are generaly less interesting than flowers.
-
Why is the flower only half in the pic? What's all the dark space - compose you shot better next time.
1st shots will always be bad - shoot lots and then send one you think is good - you will learn more that way.

Sorry but I this is what I feel about the photo. OK it's nice and sharp - trouble is all the background distracts from the subject. You need separation of the subject from the back ground. Also its hard to see what it is - short from the side and lower down would make the subject more clear and stand out from the background.
I thought that you could crop the pic a bit too. This would improve things
-
Good shot - but cropped way to tightly. Plus the faded boarder has to go.
May a grey grad coyuld have been used to tone down the forground a little.
-
Has the image been altered in any way in photoshop (or other product) to blur the wires.
But i like it
-
no point of interest and its out of focus - read the National Geographic book on photographing landscapes.
-
would brighten the forground a bit as its all a bit dark. Interesting effect
-
I like it but...
There is no main subject and the eyes just roam around a bit - i think that this kind of pattern shot is very hard to make a fantastic picture of - but a good shot can be make fairly easily.
Colours would have looked better on some nice slide film Velvia anyone.
But I do luuuve the wet look. 8 out of 10
