I would have preferred metering on the statue

I love the long exposure and the overcast sky, very moody. Excellent contrast between the bay, the city, and the sky. Not much to nit pick at. Great photo!

A 3 second exposure could have really helped here, also, the bottom left is too dark. But the colors and mist are great

Excellent job in not falling into the trap of trying to center the tree. Nice shadow in the foreground.
-
I love it as B&W and getting the black sky. The solar flare adds a lot to the composition.
-
It was with a modified IR camera that blocks light below 720nm, then in photoshop swap the red abd blue channels

I like the overcast sky, but you need to tilt the left side up to get it even

Wow! Great colour, excellent DoF, interesting perspective. A 7 all the way.

If you could use photoshop to darken the sky and cut out the tree it would be a little better. I love the writing in the lower right window.
-
Less sky and more cathedral would have made this so much better, cutting of the door just takes away from the potential

Perfect colour and light, excellent water flow! There is a little loss of definition on the bottom of the lefthand mountain, but that could easily be attributed to the fact I'm looking at a low resolution JPG

Appears to be too washed out
-
If you could have brought out some more light in the foreground, it's too shadowed
-
I love the simplicity

The vignetting is a bit strong and uneven. I like that the grass is out of focus in the foreground, but there is that spot of grass that comes across as a tad bit too bright.

Thanks for looking

Thanks, I agree on the sky. It's not as bad in CS5 as it is in JPG, but I have been trying to work in Photoshop to find someway to even out that little patch of sky. Ideally I'd just take the patch of sky from the shot that was taken at -2 f stops. And yes the trees are very saturated, but I have actually set the green down significantly.
An overcast day would probably make this much easier, since you could easily crop out the sky and you would be left with just trees/mill/water with no shadows.
Thanks for the comments

Absolutely awesome. Great color and very unique bridge. Maybe a longer exposure to get the water a bit glassier.
