I really love this shot- in terms of color, model's expression and positioning, light, and "clutter". It reminds me of something I'd see in a fashion piece for Conde Naste. Great work Jochen.

Thoughts? I'd like some comments if possible.

this stands out to me, great color and composition. I like the slight wide-angle feel, and the girl with smile and cone is perfect. This could easily be a print ad for HP or something, it really is that good.
Thanks for your kind words on my page as well.

What do you think? Does this image work?

I like this the best of your subway series- probably because the subject is looking at the camera, but also his expression is perfect for someone going to work (or coming back).

thanks so much for the comments Alex, it's great to get feedback and have someone notice your work.

this is great- love the expression and the slight blurring adds a nice effect.

I like the small depth of field better- good choice.. it makes it more surreal.

very nice work!

excellent shot, although I would agree with cropping the man to the right.

thanks Gordon, the funny part is that this was just a digital snap on my way downtown one night.
-
excellent framing, I like how both faces are looking right into the camera. Also, the man fits right under her leg.. this is just great.

The light from the right is a little harsh, but I'm sucked in by her eyes. Good subject.

I like the darker tones, and the colors really pop.

I love this shot!

the best picture I've seen in a long time.

I disagree with the earlier poster, I think the composition is perfect.

This was another of my first shots in medium format with my Mamiya RB67. The lighting is obviously tungsten, so the colors are (off) warm, and I was trying to create a magazine ad feel. Any comments?
