Good contrast and tone, I think the expression on his face makes this photo powerful.

I think this photo would have been better without the glow and the flower is a bit distracting. Tone is good but the photo looks overly done and not natural IMO.

I would have liked to seen the original image, I think its a Photoshop over_kill. You do have nice images of people in the folder, keep shooting and stay away from too much editing(IMO).
