It is too much contrasted with the light of the sky exploded...

Very good lighting and composition...

Some people may think that the sunset photographs are a routine and kind of boring. My personal approach is that one may always look for some hints hidden in those kind of photographs and may have the taste of looking at them. Let me analyze your photo, I mean personally:
1. The sea surface is sharp and quite detailed. The sky, although it is of the similar color, is hazy and well contrasted with the sea.
2. We may well understand that the earth is round. That's not an invention with a wide-angle but I smiled when I saw it.
3. The photograph may be divided horizontally in almost equal 3 parts. The bottom part is obscure and sunless, it increases the illumination effect of the top.
4. The sea shore traverses in oblique direction, diagonally in the bottom part. Good asymmetry in symmetry.
5. The cliffs are the main objects, I mean the main object is not the sunset, the sea or the sky...They are placed in a virtual intersection point on the sea shore, and are confined to bottom part. The other cliffs are accessory but also contemplating.
6. The sun is not in the middle, and its light reflection on the sea reaches the area inbetween the cliffs. It's a harmony...
In summary, you can educate your thinking by analyzing the photograph, and you can discover the harmony.
That is a nice picture with its own properties. It's not a "cliché".
Sincerely

You have a good eye to catch the composition. I also have to say that the dark area is very close to the wire and it diminishes its attraction as the main object. The colors are great though...

Great portrait, it has its own story ! I also agree with Sean that you managed the depth of field very well.

Taste of olive oil and thyme of Assos, the Temple of Athens with Doric architecture, totally Aegean...This photo reminds me a lot. Thank you for showing this beautiful scenery. We also understand how important the clouds are as an attractive object in photography...
-
I agree with Bob about the leaf to be cropped. But still a perfect beauty...

The colors are great, but the picture seems like a part of a larger picture which was cropped, that disturbed me a little bit...

Mükerrem, how about that one ? Nice to meet you...

Very nice puzzle...I'm curious about the shutter speed...Good work !

It reminds me some scenery from James Joyce's...Very impressionist and charming...

Slightly out of focus but the composition is wonderful. Actually the entire folder is very aesthetic. I especially liked the ones with great contrast, I mean the pure black and whites with no gray tones (Aylin 5, Aylin 7, Hands of Aylin).
Merhaba Ant, merhaba Aylin...

In the small format, it looks like a building with balconies at night. Attractive !

Very delicate silhouettes. I wonder how it would look like with the ground of the forest added to the photograph...

Anyway, what's a tori again ??? I'm also curious about it. Nice oranges on grays.

Actually I always hated the electric or telephone wires (cables?) in a picture. But this time I see that it contemplates the picture as a geometric object. All the pictures in the folder are somehow over-exposed. But Mediterranean wind blows, and it's very fresh...

Very fascinating presentation of the nature by an artist. The activity of the volcano was stressed on successfully in a velvety back- and foreground.
I liked it very much.

Derris, nice picture. And the idea was excellent. All I'm gonna mention is that you need more contrast.
-
Very nice composition. I wonder how it's gonna look like if it will be solarized...

It is a good example of "black and gray" photograph, sometimes we need it that way. I don't think that you need another object in front since it can be categorized as a pure landscaping with the objects resting behind. Good work !

Wonderful facial expressions. I think the problems are: 1)The object is too squezed (the back of the vehicle was cut and there could be some more space in front of it, giving the impression of the motion), 2)the light ray in front of the vehicle disturbs the tone harmony of the picture. But still a nice job !

Rena, your "door" collection and the entire folder is wonderful. "Doors" is a real subject in photography, isn't it ? I send you one of my "doors"...
