This is what I would consider a good photo of the very common subject
that is the Reading Room at the British Museum. The light is a little
"over" but it is really hard to shoot the dark books plus the bright
windows with one shot.
I would like to know what everybody thinks of this photo in general,
but my main question is: would you take two photos and digitally
compose them? Would you digitally change this one? Or would you keep
it even if it doesn't have the "perfect" lighting?
Thanks!

This is a very common photo, I believe, but I think it's beautiful
anyway. Comments and rates are welcome.

Thanks, Tom. :)
Well, it's impossible to be there and not photograph it, I think, even if we know that many people have already photographed it. It's too beautiful to miss.

Some piece of architecture, this one...

It's interesting... It looks like a photo from the 80's. I don't know what it is, it's just a feeling. When was it taken?

Great photo, and good idea too!
I loved the word behind, and the shadows. Good work.

I don't like dating the photos like you did... Rather take a note and put it below the photo, not in it.
I think that it would also be more interesting if you'd cut the part where you can see the kids below, and had taken only the framed kids. Other than that, it's a nice picture.

It's hard to see that the subject is the little fox. It is too mingled with the colors of the stones.

Colors could be a little better, but the photo is great.

Should I have used the polarizer? I have posted in the comments the
same photo without the polarizer, and I don't think it looks as good
as this one, even though this one could have been not this dark...

Here is this same photo, without the using of the polarizer filter. I decided to put it here, but not really post it, because it's not something I like. I am just putting it here to make grounds for comparison and to use as an example of the use of the polarizer filter.

Great picture! A really common object and scene, but surprisingly it got interesting in your photo. I loved the background just a little bit out of focus, and the colors are really beautiful. Congratulations specialy on the originality, but also on the aesthetics.

I would like people comments on this photo. I like it very much, but
I would like to hear what could it be better, in other people's
opinion.
Thanks!

Wow, beautiful photo. Really. I'm assuming this is not "digital" fire, is it?
Even though it is a beautiful photo, I have to ask: why??? :) I have a Nikon like that, it is not digital, but I still love it...
