I don´t know if there are ND-Filters that you can
fix to a screw mount. The idea of this filters is that the have a flow of density in one direction. Tiffen sells a broad variety of this ND´s with hard or soft edges, fixable in a matte box like you use it for film and tv-cameras. Easiest way: hold it yourself!
