Meant to convey a sense of fear. Solitude broken by an approaching

stranger. Did it work?

Picture of my wife while holding a candle on her hand. I was going to

take both pictures separately but I realized it was my last shot so I

took a shot including the candle and then cropped it to get both

shots. She didn't want her picture in here but, oh well :)

Part of my trying to learn to do available-light photography and

correctly expose subjects. I tried to make it look inviting and cozy.

This was shot on the pool at my apartment complex. I was testing out

the versatility of a 1.4 aperture. I saw my wife floating like this

and inmediately the title ocurred to me. Let me know what you think!

The exposure is very well done Jamie so all that work did pay off. I think I would've preferred to have her look at something, as if it was something normal to do for her but that's just me :)

Very personal and intimate. I love the tonal gradation.

My dog was taking a look at a cat that was around the other day, and

I wanted to test the 50mm f1.4 so I gave it a shot. Any comments for

improving are very much welcome.
