Actually, looking at it now, it looks horribly oversharpened. Oh well.

I like the composition of this, the tilted horizon and the leading line that the liquid forms. It has a very "noir" kind of feel to it, a little mysterious, a little dark (in terms of mood). Right place, right time, well done.

On the 6th day of Chinese New Year, there is a temple festival in
Sanxia, Taiwan, that celebrates the pig. This year, being the Chinese
year of the Golden Pig (happens once every 60 years), it takes on
extra importance. Pigs are grown, fattened and offered as a sacrifice
to the gods. The fattest go on display outside the temple. This years
"winner" as fattest pig, weighed in at almost 800kg (1600 pounds).

Jordan, thanks for the comment. As to the color balance, I intentionally added yellow - I was experimenting on this shot and the earlier one, trying a few different things. I probably should upload versions with normal color balance as well, for comparison sake. Thanks again.

John, I missed the window poster. I saw Anya, the kissers, the woman on the far left and the woman at the rear on the right, sitting at the table. I guess if I include the poster, and the interaction between you and Anya (or the scene in general) that'd be 6 levels. Phenomenal.

This just works on so many levels. Only a candid shot could achieve this - if it were staged it would definitely lack something. I'm listening to the Doors "LA Woman" as I view/type this and the music seems to fit the image perfectly. There's so much going on - I count at least 4 levels in this image. Great work.

Nice light. I like the gaze/expressions on the faces.

Wonderful image, Alec. The lighting is perfect and her expression and features are mesmerizing .

A little cliched I know, but who can resist on a cold winter's
morning. :-)

No problem, Efren, thanks for looking.
