    Hi Virgil, I guess you're right about the horizon line. IMO too, this one needs more space at the bottom but this is what I got with the 28-80 lens. When I first saw it I wished I could get more from the sand/beach - because of the nice texture and better perspective. cheers

    IMO the original works best (I think the space is needed). I agree on the "feeling of claustrophobia" generated by the last crop. Cheers

    Stephane, Eamon, Arman - thanks for your comments. I wasn't sure about the crop neither so that's why I uploaded two alternative versions. Concerning my sins from a previous life... well, maybe you're right ;) Cheers
