Nice concept. Very relaxing. I don't think I would have added the grain though and the horizon could use some leveling. Good work. I wonder what it would look like with a very light blue toning? -
Overall it's a good portrait. I would like to see more or less of her left arm though. Perhaps some different cropping? Beautiful model. -
Excellent light and composition. Not to mention the significance of the cross.

A little more contrast. -
Generally very good but I find the dark shadow on the top/left of the bottle on the right distracting. Perhaps a reflector would have filled it in some. Also, the tops of the front and right bottle appear out of focus.
