In my humble opinion it is a pity that you lost all details in the shadows. I assume that you wanted show silhuets only, but you overdid that. There are ways (f.i. in Photoshop) to handle highlights separately from shadow areas) to tune down almost outburned highlights without loosing details elsewhere. But the location and view is nice indeed. And your crop is o.k.

Scanned from a 55 years old b/w negative which suffered slightly
from tropic climate after being stored in Bangkok since 12 years.

Taken back in 1952 with an then second hand bellow camera CERTO
SPORT w. Rodenstock lens, the negative was now scanned and cleaned
in Photoshop.
Please try to find the time to surf through the complete folder of

I think this is the most beautiful picture in this folder. Bravo! I would like to know what film you used? As far as I know Kodak stopped the Kodak Highspeed (except 35mm) in sheetfilm and 120 rollfilm, so there is only the german Macophot 820 left, either from Maco, as Rollei or from Efka.
