Used a UV (black) light and standard tungsten.

I don't like all of the people on the right side of the frame. Plus they are all facing out of the frame to the right. It's like something interesting is happening outside of the picture, to the right, and you missed it.

Simplify. Your backround is too busy. It is distracting attention from the subject.

Wow, great digital work. A lot too look at but not too busy.

You should cut all of the black off of the bottom.

Good job nailing the focus. Cool shot.

Nice job using your tools (DOF) to convey a message.

It looks too much like a breast. I had to add a nude warning to the title.

 

Of course, if it looks like something it is not, I guess your pic really didn't get it's point across. Try shooting from farther away.

 

 

I love the full range of gray's you are able to pull out in your shots. I admire your work.

I usually see the other side of my dog when she's getting in the toilet.

I've recently started doing the same thing occasionally for the local VFD in my area. Seems what they want to buy the most of either has a lot of flames showing, shows action or where you can see recognizable faces.

The timing on this one seems a little off. I would have liked to see him swinging the axe or cutting the roof with a saw. Seems like you caught them between actions.

 

Also you should post smaller files for web viewing and critique. 1100x1600 and 198k is too big of a file. I am attaching a smaller file that should fit completely on most displays. I like to try to keep images less then 700x500 and 50k for posting.

Nice composition. I love camera angles that distort the view such as this.

The whole picture is tilting to the right. It needs to be leveled.

Yes

Getting rid of the yellow helped a lot. This is much better

A little fill flash would have taken care of the shadows around the eyes. Flash really isn't that hard to learn and can make all of the difference in the world.
