It's a double exposure. Here's what I did. I took a 19-35mm zoom set at 19mm and masked the front with cardboard except for a hole in the center about the diameter of a ballpoint pen. Set my minolta in ME mode and took picture of dog. I then took off the 19-35 and put on a 28-80 with an orange filter set around 60mm and framed the toilet with the center spot in the water and shot it.

This is a straight scan of the neg right after I deveoped it. I also printed it on my enlarger last night and the prints look better than the scan. If I spent some time in photoshop burning in the dog's face and dodging some other spots It'd look much better.
