It's good but i think a little more clarity or depth-of-feild may help inhanse the picture. I dont think it would look good bieng sharp but i think it is too blurry

Im sorry but I disagree with Gerry Clarke on the cropping. I think the background and the foreground are what makes the photo work. It makes it look abandoned and it gives it the POW. Also, Gerry, the version you created might be okay on cropping but it looks like you went psycho on the curves in Photoshop. As far as the original goes, I think you should have spot metered the barn to give it more contrast and color; maybe even color fidelity.

A perfect mix between Santa Clause and Blackbird. Great Shot

I like it but I think it needs a better way to contrast what is in the water versus what is not

I love this picture. I have tried many times to do something like this with my cat but I can't get far enough with my bigger lens and with the smaller one, he thinks its funny to go and push my camera with his head. I like the screen you have in the back. It adds a mystery until you look at the larger picture. Great shot.

love the aesthetics of the photo but I do not think it is all that
original. I have seen many fisheyes of extreme sports. My Rating: 7/6 -
It looks like it wasn't in focus. Too bad, it would have been a great photo. Did you scan the print or did you use a film scanner, which could explain the focus problem.

was this photoshoped?

Remember this is photo.net not scanned image.net. It is a can, not a photo. It looks cool though

Stop wasting space on photo.net. What in thwe world is this

Now this is more than a photo I can look at all week; this is a photo I could look at all year. Great job. I love your work. I only wish I could someday produce photos of that quality.
Sincerely,

Great photo but I have a suggestion. It is to crop. Either crop out some of the black, still leaving the framing to create a panorama look or crop the whole thing and end it with out the frame on the side.

This photo shows the old age in a new way. Great composition.

Is this a Photoshop Fake or did you use a cool affect. I hope it isn't becasue it looks good but i hate photoshop altered images. A little bit of retouch is ok but effect are horrible.
-
I love the way you combined one world with another to make a great photo
-
I like the affect of the "lonely stick next to a perfect yet not normal background.

It is elegant. It is simple yet complex. It is normal yet odd (in a good way). Have you thought to sell it?

I tend not to comment on photos because my own tends to be worse but I will comment on this one from a view of having no work
Honestly, I don?t like it. The composition is simple but boring. The main subject looks like it was supposed to be the flying bird when in fact my eye went to the nest. Way to centered
I?m also steered away by the lack of contrast. It is hard to tell that there is a bird in the nest which also looks plain. The flying bird is confusing with the shadows which gives the photo an awkward feel. Finally, the color is just not appealing it is too bright and offers no artistic value. It is regular and does not accentuate the two animate objects which appear to be the photos intended subjects.
I know my comments are harsh but that is how I feel. I welcome you to go to my website at www.photosbyjustin.com and email me your comments.
