Excellent picture. I love the moment captured here.

Interesting angle. The title would have worked better if we had some idea of what he's looking at.

absolutely.

I was also reminded of the Ents.

I'm not sure the person's body language and lack of clear facial expression denotes boredom. The washed-out look reminds me of a hospital or some other impersonal office space.

This is really more a textual design critique than a photo critique (the photo works): You need to work on the spacing of your type. The organization between the text and image could be improved, but right now the viewer's eye isn't led anywhere. And the copyright notice is sloppily arranged and intrusive. get it all in one line.

This would be a disturbing image to many people, especially those who would rather not think about where their food comes from. But in many countries, slaughtering animals is still part of daily life. Still it's a little unsettling to see the blank stares in the lifeless pigs' eyes.

Definitely Frank Gehry. A very nice photograph of a very interesting building.

That's a pretty big area to clean up. Convert image into CYMK or RGB in Photoshop, choose all channels or find the channel with the most blur, duplicate it (so you have a back-up channel in case of mistakes), carefully select the area and feather it, and apply an unsharp mask. It might not totally get rid of the blur, but it might reduce it.

I wasn't there but I would have changed the angle to show the water falling between the two bars. Right now it's hard to identify the line as water. Perhaps pulling back from the subject would have made it clearer.

Cute candid. What else is there to say?

Also this is a nice use of DOF to separate the man from the crowd.

I think the photo would have worked better if the texture was reduced, or at least removed in the rectangle area because the eye seems to have had a lot of detail before you applied the Photoshop filter.

The subject matter is very interesting in itself. The vertical beam right of the sea dragon is distracting as well as the bit of glare at the top.

Very Nice. I like the way the stones are arranged to make the symmetrical compostion.

Nice use of Depth of Field

Its minimalism reminds me of the cover photo for Horenstein's "Black and White Photography".

I like this photo. Now we know the truth of whether pets look like their owners.

A very nice portrait, and my favorite in the folder. I agree with the first comment to try to make the lighted side of the face a little darker (based on what I see on the monitor), but overall this is an effective use of a simple lighting set-up.
